Refunds, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery of the Service

CourtMan is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically. Access is available immediately after registration or payment, and drafts are delivered in your account, typically within minutes. You can download them as Word files.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by writing to ai@ostaran.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Failed drafts: if a paid draft cannot be generated because of a fault in the Service, the credit is restored automatically, or the charge is refunded on request.
• Unused credits: unused prepaid credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full once verified.
• Drafts that were generated successfully are not refundable, because the service has been delivered. You can regenerate a draft with additional instructions.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
