What counts as a case and a page?
A case is one dispute with its uploaded documents; a quick consumer or RERA complaint also counts as a case. Pages are counted once, when CourtMan first reads them; photos count as one page each and Word files by length. Notices don't use your case allowance, and regenerating drafts or notices doesn't use pages.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice in your firm's name is issued for every payment.
What happens after the free trial?
Your cases and drafts stay in your account. Choose a plan to continue drafting; nothing is charged automatically.
Does unused monthly allowance carry forward?
No. Monthly allowances reset on your billing date. Pay-per-case purchases don't expire.
Is our clients' data safe?
Data is stored in India (Mumbai), each firm's data is isolated, files are private, every action is logged, and case documents are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
